What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture?
Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces are delivered within 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a scheduled delivery window once your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Magnolia ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return decor items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Are your textiles and linens machine washable?
Most of our linens are made from natural fibers and are machine washable on a gentle cycle. We recommend checking the specific care label on each product for detailed maintenance instructions.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed, though you may still initiate a return upon receipt.
